Russia Blames Bulgaria for Black Sea Attacks

Bulgaria blames Russia of being behind recent drone strikes in the Black Sea, as rescue operations continue. The strikes on ships near NATO waters have raised concerns about Russian escalation. This has tested the alliance's response and raised tensions in the region. Romania also accuses Russia for escalating ship strikes in the region.
