Your costumer service is fabulous!! Easy to access a real person no robot, very refreshing!!! However, when I got my tile some were broken. The shipment looked very securely wrapped. Upon unwrapping, one of the inside boxes had visible broken tiles. Not sure if it will hinger our installation process. I will be in further contact once my husband does some calculations.
